Mobility and transportation
- Arrival by public transport, bicycle or on foor (fees for parking lots)
- Event in close distance to public transport
Catering
- Vegetarian and vegan catering
Printed materials
- No printed event materials, except the overview program (printed on 100% recycled paper)
- Conference badge printed on FSC certified natural paper
Waste disposal
- Use of reusable tableware
- Separate waste containers with clear labeling
- Lanyards will be collected after the conference for reuse
